SciNX | Universal exosome production as well as batch culture medium
SciNX enables the growth of various adherent cell lines as well as the propagation of suspension cell lines such as CHO-K1 or glioblastoma after a short direct adaptation phase.
This animal component-free medium was initially designed to provide a serum-free solution to produce exosomes in various adherent cell lines. Once applied, exosome production can be prologed for up to 6-7 days. Several serial incubation steps are beneficial to generate a homogeneous exosome population without FCS-derived contaminations.
The chemically defined, protein-free formulation provides essential as well as beneficial nutrients and is free of any animal-derived component.
Note: Depending on the cell type or cell line, the addition of specific growth factors is necessary.
